At Refringo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund policy.
You may return an item if it is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories, packaging, and manuals. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival are also eligible for return.
Certain items cannot be returned, including digital/downloadable products, items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, and clearance or final sale items (unless defective).
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@refringo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If an item is returned in a non-original condition, a partial refund or restocking fee may apply.
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost. Please contact us immediately to arrange a resolution.
