Submitting a price match request is easy. All you need to do is contact our team at support@refringo.com with the details of the product, a link to the competitor’s lower-priced offer, and your Refringo order number if you’ve already made a purchase. Our team will carefully review your request and typically respond within 24 hours, often much faster. Once your request is approved, we’ll either adjust the price before your purchase is completed or issue a refund for the difference if your order has already been placed and shipped.

To maintain fairness and integrity in the process, we do have a few guidelines. The product in question must be identical in every way—brand, specifications, and availability. The competitor must be an established U.S.-based retailer authorized to sell the product. Unfortunately, we cannot honor price matches from third-party sellers on marketplaces like eBay, Craigslist, or Amazon unless the seller is clearly verified. Additionally, the item must be in stock and available for immediate delivery. Price match requests must be submitted either before you place your order or within seven days of purchase. This offer also can’t be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or special deals.
