Return Costs

  • Defective Products: Return shipping is covered by Deluxe Projector for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Change of Mind: Customers bear the cost of return shipping for remorse returns.

  • Change of Mind: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.
